Disclaimer: By placing an order with Eurydice Co., you are agreeing to our refund, cancellation, shipping, and all related policies. All products are made to order. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the incorrect size, color, or customer change of mind once an order is submitted and produced. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once the order has been placed and it is passed the 24 hour time frame, your order has been sent to the production provider and is non refundable, can no longer be cancelled, changed or exchanged. Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. Order processing time: Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 days for production, then your order will ship. Shipping is Standard Shipping and is usually expected to be delivery in 2-5 business days. For shipping methods, delivery and production times are estimations. There may be delays during holidays, natural disasters, etc. Please plan accordingly, as Eurydice Co is not responsible for Postal Carrier or Production delays. Please allow 2-5 days for production, followed by 2-5 business days for standard shipping. Total estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.


